Crank Shaft Rebuild services
Upon removal from an engine case or shipping container, each crank is degreased and cleaned. Once free of dirt and debris the crank is evaluated and measured prior to disassembly. After noting any significant issues the crank is marked and fully disassembled. Based on measurements, each connecting rod is honed to fit oversized rollers, bearing seats are built up and turned down to fit new bearings, wrist pin bushings are replaced and wrist pin oil-feed holes added. The crank is then reassembled and trued. Additional services available include dynamic crank balancing, crank/flywheel taper repair, dynamic flywheel balancing, and crank pin welding.
